RottenTomatoes Score: 75% Fresh
MetaCritic Score: 63/100
IMDB Rating: 7.3/10
My Response: Westerns aren't as popular as they used to be, but every so often one is released to theaters. New westerns are usually either really good (3:10 to Yuma) or really bad (American Outlaws). I think Appaloosa falls in the former catagory, and it should let let some very talented actors show their stuff. Don't be surprised to hear more about this film when the Oscars come around. See it, especially if you feel a little nostagic for a good ol' western flick ala High Noon.
